I had a great experience

People were courteous and helpful. Ryan and Jason made this experience so very easy. It was my first time ever buying a new car pretty much on my own. Additionally, they both explained everything thoroughly and I feel very comfortable calling either of them if I need to.

I recently purchased a 2024 Highlander. The personnel from Toyota were fantastic. Ryan is who I worked with to get me the exact car that I wanted in record time due to the very much in demand vehicle that I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan. He is awesome.

We have been purchasing Camry's from Krause Toyota for many years, the last one from Joe in 2014. Yesterday we went back for a new 2025 LE, and surprise Joe is still there, now the General Manager. And Tara is also still there as the finance manager. This latest purchase we had Ryan as our sales associate and he was awesome.Like everyone at Krause, including the service department, Ryan was pleasant, and made the process fast and easy. Krause is definitely the place to go for your next new Toyota or pre-owned vehicle.
