I actually took my husband's RAV 4 in for it's annual inspection; he purchased his Toyota at a different dealership (Thompson in Doylestown, PA) but I have leased all my Camrys (4!) from Krause so I took his vehicle there. The folks in the Service Department have always greeted me with open arms and answered any questions I may have. Now if they would just serve fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, in the waiting area like Thompson does, then life would perfect! lol

I loved the fact that salesman, Kerry was so supportive and understanding my needs when I first leased 3 years ago and the continuous service I received now that I decided to keep the car. The Business Manager , Tara . was so proficient in everything she did for me. It was very helpful that I was able to make an appointment with her from one day to another and I was able to have an appointment with her at 11am and I was out in less than an hour. The reason I'm so happy was that I came in with my 2 sons , ages 2 and age 3 and every thing went great. I will definitely be back and recommend them for sure.

I had the unfortunate experien...
I had the unfortunate experience of having a punctured tire. As I was nearby Krause Toyota I stopped by the service desk. Without any appointment I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. Within a few minutes the service advisor came in and explained my options. He stated he could not repair the puncture due to its location on the tire. He strongly advised against even going else where to attempt a repair (plug) as it would be unsafe. After careful consideration, the decision was made to purchase four new michelin tires, etc.. By the afternoon, I was back on the road. Thanks for the great assistance and keeping my family safe.

I purchased this car in 2015 and only serviced the car at Krause. Today I spent almost 500.00 dollars. Then when I went to put some windshield fluid my hood didn’t stay up. I immediately took it back and complained about it. The response I got was well it looks like your hook shocks went bad. I can’t believe that those shocks would go bad if the hood is only opened several times a year. My brother in-law just purchased a 2007 Avalon with 121,000 mi. And his hood shocks are fine. I have 110,00 on mine. Same year same model. Could there have been a recall on those hood shocks.? I just don’t understand how they can go bad. In all my tears of have purchased car never have I had Hood shocks go bad.

Service hours were not followe...
Service hours were not followed. They were closed before 6 PM requiring me to chase around to drop off my car. Saturday I needed to do the same thing. I was told I could pick up the car till 3 yet the service department was closed again requiring me to chase after my car. I have faithfully brought both this car and my last here for service. I am reconsidering. It is inconvenient and likely more expensive than using my personal mechanic. I see no benefit to continue having my service performed at Krause. Will need to think about this for the future.

About two months ago I left a less than happy review about the people at your service counter. I took my wife's car in for a scheduled service this week and I need to say the difference was remarkable. The staff was personable, helpful and made me want to bring my car back for all of it's service needs. I just wanted to give a thumbs up to the folks at the service counter. People are always ready to give bad reviews but when good ones are due we need to give those too. Keep up the good service. Thanks

Thanks for the timely service - we lost one of the key fobs for our 2012 Camry. We were not comfortable having. only one fob. Service manager Rick ordered a replacement fob and scheduled a service visit for programming it. The fob was programmed and our Camry returned.

I was pleased that they could squeeze my appointment into a tight time frame I had to work with. I was in and out in express lube time. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable rather than claustrophobic as in other dealerships I have dealt with. While you don't expect to pay 29.95 at a dealership the cost was reasonable for an oil change and tire rotation. I have purchased and maintained new cars for half a century. This is my first experience with a Toyota. I observed several horror stories experienced by friends and acquaintances with Toyota over the years so I stayed away. That said my experience with Krause has been exceptional from my first email contact with their sales people up to this most recent service. They have been straightforward and reasonable in their information and pricing. Primarily I feel they have been attentive and respectful to my needs. I would rank them among the top three dealerships I have encountered.

I never had any other service ...
I never had any other service that charges too dispose of oil. I think u are charged twice for oil. One time for new oil and another time to dispose of old oil. Doesn’t make sense. You want our business and charge double for any oil change.

Called on a Friday around noon when I discovered a ----- in my tire in a location that was not repairable. I had planned to have my tires replaced anyway this month, but Rick Brensinger was able to work me in that day and even did our next scheduled oil change. We were able to pick up the car shortly after 5 pm. I want to add that most of the time we have dealt with Rick for service and we have always found him to be a pleasant and honest representative for you dealership. We couldn’t be any happier. I also want to say that the Highlander is easily the best car I have ever owned.

Small repair turned into larger repair. 1 hour appointment ended up being 3 hours and no update although the way except one "it'll be out as soon as possible". Luckily I wasn't in a rush so no fuss needed. Just wanted it to be know.

This is the second truck I bou...
This is the second truck I bought at your dealership and would use it again. I has to replace my truck due to it being lost in a flood. No I didn't drive through water it was parked in my garage. I liked how Cliff understood the urgency in replacing the truck and really worked with me. Another reason I came back was a few weeks ago the check engine light was on in my old Tacoma, I made an appointment for service. When I took it in the light the was out. I told the gentlemen who was checking me in and he stated did you get gas recently. Said I did and told him I re-tightened the cap a day or two before I brought it in. He said, since the light is out and the truck is running fine, save your money. If it acts up bring it back, but I think we don't need to look it now. That honesty meant a lot and made me feel I could trust your dealership.

Normally I usually give the dealership at least 4 if not 5 stars. When we purchased the vehicle it came with 3 year/30K maintenance plan. We had our vehicle in for its 30K checkup recently. My husband just paid our bill without looking at it (he was in a hurry) but regardless, we were charged for our oil change and tire rotation, which should have been the last time it was covered under our maintenance plan. To be fair, I did call the dealership the next morning and reviewed the bill with the service department. They apologized for the mistake and have marked our file that for our next visit those items will be free of charge. We were just not expecting the larger bill at this time. I fully expect our next visit they will again receive a better rating. I still would recommend this dealership.

Not 5-stars this time; sorry! I purchased four new tires October 1, 2018 installed by your technician. Two weeks later there was a low-pressure warning light and the right front tire was below 30-lbs. I filled the tire; only to have it go low again within two weeks. Turns out the valve stem decided to start leaking after the new tires were installed. Coincidence? Cost me $47.48 to have a valve stem o-ring kit installed. Also took an hour for the courtesy van to get me to work in Macungie; as two other people joined the carpool after me and were taken to their work first. Courtesy van service has been excellent in the past, but I cannot risk being late to work again, so I'll have to find another service solution. We can discuss an extra trade-in allowance when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.

Twice in 2 weeks my 2015 Prius...
Twice in 2 weeks my 2015 Prius 4 , when backing out of my garage the engine v vibrated and bucked so much I thought it was going to drop out of its compartment. Your mechanics at Krause found that there was a " glitch " in the computer causing the engine to misfire. They found the problem and fixed it and best of all - no charge - Great work as usual at Krause Toyota. This is why you folks are the best !

Buying a new car today was a delightful experience! The salesman spent a very long time with me explaining every little part of all the new technology, which I was definitely not used to having a 10 year old Hylander. I was really excited to see all the new features I would be playing around with. No one put any pressure on me to buy. After choosing the Rav4 Limited, I was super happy about the price I received for my trade in and the price of the car with all the incentitives. I purchased my new car at Krause because I love their dealership. The service department and mechanics are terrific. They treat you like family and take wonderful care of your car no matter how old your car is. I always tell my friends how great the service at Krause is, and if they need a new car, they should check out this dealership.

My only negatives would be he detailing I received on the Van. I have seen much better and it looked gone over very quickly. When I got home I looked carefully and think it was not the best work. One compartment still felt sticky and the interior back doesn't even looked conditioned. The black marks are still present on the seat backs. Faded but still there. I had dead battery .and had the the battery jumped by AAA on Saturday p.m.. I was leery about turning the car off so I drove it to your service department and dropped the car off.. I called your service dept first thing on Mon a.m. and spoke to Rick who was absolutely fantastic and said they would check the battery. . I didn't expect to get the car back on Monday since I didn't have an a prior appt. Rick called me about 11:00 a.m. and said there was a bad cell in the battery and they had replaced the battery at no cost to me since the battery had a 6 year warranty. Everyone in your service dept is fantastic and is one of the reasons I keep coming back for service. Those folks are definitely an asset for Krouse Toyota

We needed to bring our vehicle...
We needed to bring our vehicle to the Krause Toyota Dealership as we were having a problem with the brakes on it. We called Krause Toyota on a Saturday and were able to have a scheduled appoint for Monday morning first thing. The service representative, I believe his name was Rick, we found to be very professional, polite and courteous. Rick indicated that the service staff was going to contact Toyota with specific questions about the problem with the brakes on our vehicle in an attempt to further identify the cause. The service staff subsequently performed the proper service and made the necessary repair to our vehicle. "Job Well Done Men." Thank you!

My car battery died on Saturday (after the service center closed) and we dropped it off without an appointment scheduled, but left a note explaining the situation. When I called on Monday to see if the car could be looked at, everything had already been taken care of, and was under warranty!

I called to make an appointmen...
I called to make an appointment to check battery and charging system as well as front end shimmy after last service visit. I had not driven the vehicle for 9 weeks due to broken ankle. Truck would not start consistently. Also I wanted to visit the dealer because after last service (before broken ankle) the front end would shimmy when breaking at highway speeds. Called for an appointment on Thursday, appointment made for the coming Monday. Dropped off vehicle at the dealer, explained the situation. Dealer found dead battery cell and replaced front brake pads and rotors. All work done within the day. Picked up the truck after work. Everything is working great, service team did a great job, outstanding.

I decided to stop at Krause be...
I decided to stop at Krause before going to another dealer that had Tacoma's in stock that I was interested in , glad I did! I had been chatting with several area dealers and getting stonewalled and having the chat ended without getting the simple question answered about what's the best deal you can do on a vehicle I was interested in. Kevin at Krause took me under his wing, was extremely pleasant to this old grumpy guy, and he ended up selling me a new Tacoma, really not that hard when someone treats you decent! After the sale he took the time to explain the modern features of the truck that I was unfamiliar with, of course I couldn't remember it all, but at least I got it home and he went through enough so that after doing a little research in the manual I now know how pretty much everything works. I had other Toyotas serviced at Krause for recalls and service bulletins that I had bought used, and was always treated well, figured I'd give them a shot at selling me the new Tacoma and thus far I have never been not satisfied with any part of my dealings with them. IMO, the dealership as a whole is worth a 10* rating!

Once again this morning I was ...
Once again this morning I was reminded on why I use your service department. My service order was written up by Mike who is always very friendly. Had an oil change and tires rotated and it was done in 20 minutes. Paid my bill with Rick who is also very friendly!!

Received your coupon for $10 o...
Received your coupon for $10 off $50-$149 worth of service. Only got inspection and emission which totaled $70. Didn’t get the $10 off even through inspection/emission tests were not listed as an exception to the coupon. Found that tactic misleading on your part.

I have a Toyota dealer 5 minut...
I have a Toyota dealer 5 minutes from my home, but I choose to drive 35 minutes to Krause. They are the best for service. Rick, the Service Advisor is great! He is always helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealer for service and sales.

I have been buying vehicles from Krause Toyota for years I have NEVER had a bad experience Everyone there treats you like family and go above and beyond to take care of what you need I trust them completely and can’t imagine ever driving anything other than a Toyota or going anywhere else for a vehicle Cliff Swoyer has sold me every car I have bought there. He has been so helpful and Absoloutely the Best. The service department is unbelievable. They don’t do anything to your vehicle without calling you and explaining every detail They are so personable and always smiling and helpful It is always a pleasure to visit there

I live a 110 miles from Krause Toyota. The experience i had with them was awesome. Everyone was friendly , you got a easy feeling when you walk in. If I have an opportunity to deal with them again in the future, I will not hesitate.
