All went well. Staff was friendly and polite. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Disappointed that vehicle required brake rotors in such a short amount of time (a little over 10,000 miles).

My 2017 Tacoma had a front-end...
My 2017 Tacoma had a front-end shimmy. I brought it in 9 July and was told the tires were worn. I replaced the tires and wheels with 2019 Tacoma 'take-offs' (genuine Toyota parts) and still had a shimmy. I brought the truck back to Krause on 2 September. Your service dept said two (new) tires were bad due to high numbers on roadforce balancing. The two LEFT tires were good, the two RIGHT tires were out of Toyota specifications. I guess it did not occur to your techs to swap the left-rear wheel with the right-front (putting both 'good' wheels in front), test drive, and see if the shimmy went away. The morning after your techs finished with it, I put the truck on jack stands in my driveway and swapped the wheels to put both good ones in front. It cured the shimmy --something your techs could have, and should have done. I will have another auto shop check the balance on what are now the rear wheels. I'm unimpressed with Krause service dept at this point and will look at shifting my future service work to Freedom Toyota in Hamburg.

I had a very positive experience at Krause! Both Joe Castrovillari and Tara were easy to deal with as well as caring about my needs and wants. I've never owned a Toyota before but Joe made the transition and adaptation an easy process with his laid back mannerisms and willingness to understand. And for that i am grateful. Called service as I was seeing...
Called service as I was seeing two warning lights one for the battery and the other for power steering. Was advised n ot to drive and have towed into shop. During that call Mike felt he knew what the problem was and said he would order a new alternator to have asap. He also gave me an estimate. He called me two dys later, car was finished and it was that alternator nad the cost was a little less than the estimated. Your service team is great! Bretween your service and sales my experience with Krause over the last 29 years has always been excellent!

We bought the car at Krause be...
We bought the car at Krause because we know Joe Harris. At the time we purchased the car, Joe recommended that we purchase a protection plan. He praised the plan and we bought it. When the car needed service, we called Joe for the appointment. We received a call that the car needed work in order to pass inspection. We agreed to have it done and it would cost around $600.00. When the car was finished, Joe called and told us that the repair was covered and we only had to pay the deductible. We will return to have future work done at Krause.

My vehicle needed some unexpected lighting repairs to make it safe for travel. Mike Wasiewicz explained all of the repairs in detail and provided an accurate time estimate for the completion of my vehicle. All was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I'd like to thank Mike for all of his help on this visit and in for assistance in past visits. My issue is not with your empl...
My issue is not with your employees, They could not have been more professional. This is my issue: I purchases a certified used car 5-25-13; on the recommendation of our sales person I also purchased The Toyota Certified Platinum coverage for approximately $975. In the spring of 2019 my air conditioning stopped producing cold air. I took the car to the dealer for an evaluation on 5/24/19. At that time I was told there was NO Freon in the system. The procedure required for a dye to be placed in the system to determine the location of the leak. The charge for this service was $182.00. My car had 89,029 miles at this visit. I returned on 7/26/19 for a follow-up check on the air conditioning and was told there is no sign of a leak, sometimes these things "fix themselves?" My car now has 92,000 miles. My warranty is only good until 100,000 miles. I find it difficult to understand how my initial visit showed NO Freon in the system and now the problem has fixed itself???? I would like an extension on this warranty because there is obviously a leak in the system and I do not think I should be responsible for the cost of the repair when this problem arises again. I hope to hear from a Toyota representative soon.

Our salesperson, Kevin was excellent from the time he first contacted me by telephone, to the day we picked up our new vehicle. On the day we picked up our new Rav 4 Limited, Kevin spent quite some time explaining all the features, and he also encouraged us to call him any time with any questions. Representative Jason, also spent time with us, patiently and carefully explaining and reviewing the financial aspects and options on the day we picked up our new vehicle. Representative Tara had also been very pleasant and helpful to us, prior to the day we picked up the vehicle. I am looking forward to dealing with the service department, and I hope that my experience with them with be as smooth and pleasant as the sales experience.

The service advisor, Mike Wasi...
The service advisor, Mike Wasiewicz, was very helpful and informed about my 2017 Taco (Tacoma). I brought my truck in for a 15,000 mile checkup and oil change. He suggested that the oil change was not necessary BUT was a good idea if I was planning on keeping the truck for a long time which I am. We talked a bit about the thinness of the oil and how it is good and bad. He was instrumental in my decision to change the oil and filter during the inspection.

Mike Wasiewicz, does an excellent job of developing customer loyalty. He listens and you feel he is doing his best to respond positively. He builds trust based on actual experience. And he goes beyond expected service by staying late to explain what was done and make sure you are comfortable with it. My positive review is really a response to him being a differentiator as the service could be done at a more convenient location.

Each of the service representatives are so personable and I always feel like I get special treatment, though I think they make everyone feel that way. Sandy is a great manager. Just had a lube and oil change...
Just had a lube and oil change for my 2016 Tacoma. Everything was great as always no problems making an appt,, the job was completed in a very short time you can't ask for more then that and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone in the service department is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sandy explained what was needed at this time and when it was done Mike explained the bill.

Dealer in a prior visit, doing...
Dealer in a prior visit, doing a routine oil change, returned the car to us without revealing that something happened resulting in the drain no longer fitting into the threads of the oil pan and they had to apply sealer all around it. The result was a situation where any future oil changes would be impossible. This was all discovered when the car was brought to Firestone for an oil change. They wouldn't touch the car. When brought into Toyota to remedy, they did offer an apology. Remedy was to replace the oil pan. Kept the car for 2 days, and while oil pan replacement was free, as was the oil change (once I argued on this point) they still charged for tire rotation. That also should have happened at no charge as we were greatly inconvenienced through loss of the car for 2 days. No offer to provide a loaner.

Service was quick and on schedule. Shuttle took my wife and me to a nearby diner and picked us up as the car was being serviced. (Rt 100 is too dangerous to cross on foot) In all the years I've had my Prius serviced at Krause, there have been no expensive surprises. We will continue to go there as long as that continues.

I have purchased many new and used cars over the years. My experience at Krause has always been the smoothest. I never have felt pushed or pressured. The staff at Krause have all the paper work organized and they get it done in a minimum amount of time. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and Krause is hands down the most efficient. Today my wife brought our 2018 Rav4 in for its 10,000 mile check up and enjoyed being there.

After emailing many many times four-five different car dealers, I finally traveled to Krause - about 1 hour from my house. I did so because my brother had had good experience dealing with Joe Castrovillari. I got to the dealership and he had all my requested information on an invoice and we concluded the deal in about 15 minutes. JOe was straight forward and treated us with respect. It took a bit longer for the finance. Tara Bellhorn was also efficient and pleasant.

The service team is always polite & efficient. I'm always greeted with a smile and a Hello. My information is taken quickly, and then I am on my way to a relaxing waiting area, with comfortable seating & coffee. The Krause service representatives are always respectful and willing to answer questions, and what I respect more than anything is if they don't have the answer, they will tell you honestly they don't know and find out the information. It's nice in this chaotic world that Krause values their customers and treats them with a quality of customer appreciation that most companies overlook. The service prices are reasonable, when my truck is returned to me I know I can drive away with the ease of mind that every thing has been taken care of by the excellent team of professionals. Since my purchase in 2015 I have been delighted with the Krause company. The one thing I can always count on is from purchase to service Krause's customer service remains consistent in treating their customers with the very best service.

I actually took my husband's RAV 4 in for it's annual inspection; he purchased his Toyota at a different dealership (Thompson in Doylestown, PA) but I have leased all my Camrys (4!) from Krause so I took his vehicle there. I loved the fact that salesman, Kerry was so supportive and understanding my needs when I first leased 3 years ago and the continuous service I received now that I decided to keep the car. The Business Manager , Tara . was so proficient in everything she did for me. It was very helpful that I was able to make an appointment with her from one day to another and I was able to have an appointment with her at 11am and I was out in less than an hour. The reason I'm so happy was that I came in with my 2 sons , ages 2 and age 3 and every thing went great. I will definitely be back and recommend them for sure.

I had the unfortunate experien...
I had the unfortunate experience of having a punctured tire. As I was nearby Krause Toyota I stopped by the service desk. Without any appointment I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. Within a few minutes the service advisor came in and explained my options. He stated he could not repair the puncture due to its location on the tire. He strongly advised against even going else where to attempt a repair (plug) as it would be unsafe. After careful consideration, the decision was made to purchase four new michelin tires, etc.. By the afternoon, I was back on the road. Thanks for the great assistance and keeping my family safe.

I purchased this car in 2015 and only serviced the car at Krause. Today I spent almost 500.00 dollars. Then when I went to put some windshield fluid my hood didn’t stay up. I immediately took it back and complained about it. The response I got was well it looks like your hook shocks went bad. I can’t believe that those shocks would go bad if the hood is only opened several times a year. My brother in-law just purchased a 2007 Avalon with 121,000 mi. And his hood shocks are fine. I have 110,00 on mine. Same year same model. Could there have been a recall on those hood shocks.? I just don’t understand how they can go bad. In all my tears of have purchased car never have I had Hood shocks go bad.

Service hours were not followed. They were closed before 6 PM requiring me to chase around to drop off my car. Saturday I needed to do the same thing. I was told I could pick up the car till 3 yet the service department was closed again requiring me to chase after my car. I have faithfully brought both this car and my last here for service. I am reconsidering. It is inconvenient and likely more expensive than using my personal mechanic. I see no benefit to continue having my service performed at Krause. Will need to think about this for the future.

I was pleased that they could squeeze my appointment into a tight time frame I had to work with. I was in and out in express lube time. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable rather than claustrophobic as in other dealerships I have dealt with. While you don't expect to pay 29.95 at a dealership the cost was reasonable for an oil change and tire rotation. I have purchased and maintained new cars for half a century. This is my first experience with a Toyota. I observed several horror stories experienced by friends and acquaintances with Toyota over the years so I stayed away. That said my experience with Krause has been exceptional from my first email contact with their sales people up to this most recent service. They have been straightforward and reasonable in their information and pricing. Primarily I feel they have been attentive and respectful to my needs. I would rank them among the top three dealerships I have encountered.

I never had any other service that charges too dispose of oil. I think u are charged twice for oil. One time for new oil and another time to dispose of old oil. Doesn’t make sense. You want our business and charge double for any oil change.

Called on a Friday around noon when I discovered a ----- in my tire in a location that was not repairable. I had planned to have my tires replaced anyway this month, but Rick Brensinger was able to work me in that day and even did our next scheduled oil change. We were able to pick up the car shortly after 5 pm. I want to add that most of the time we have dealt with Rick for service and we have always found him to be a pleasant and honest representative for you dealership. We couldn’t be any happier. I also want to say that the Highlander is easily the best car I have ever owned.

This is the second truck I bou...
This is the second truck I bought at your dealership and would use it again. I has to replace my truck due to it being lost in a flood. No I didn't drive through water it was parked in my garage. I liked how Cliff understood the urgency in replacing the truck and really worked with me. Another reason I came back was a few weeks ago the check engine light was on in my old Tacoma, I made an appointment for service. When I took it in the light the was out. I told the gentlemen who was checking me in and he stated did you get gas recently. Said I did and told him I re-tightened the cap a day or two before I brought it in. He said, since the light is out and the truck is running fine, save your money. If it acts up bring it back, but I think we don't need to look it now. That honesty meant a lot and made me feel I could trust your dealership.

Normally I usually give the dealership at least 4 if not 5 stars. When we purchased the vehicle it came with 3 year/30K maintenance plan. We had our vehicle in for its 30K checkup recently. My husband just paid our bill without looking at it (he was in a hurry) but regardless, we were charged for our oil change and tire rotation, which should have been the last time it was covered under our maintenance plan. To be fair, I did call the dealership the next morning and reviewed the bill with the service department. They apologized for the mistake and have marked our file that for our next visit those items will be free of charge. We were just not expecting the larger bill at this time. I fully expect our next visit they will again receive a better rating. I still would recommend this dealership.

Not 5-stars this time; sorry! I purchased four new tires October 1, 2018 installed by your technician. Two weeks later there was a low-pressure warning light and the right front tire was below 30-lbs. I filled the tire; only to have it go low again within two weeks. Turns out the valve stem decided to start leaking after the new tires were installed. Coincidence? Cost me $47.48 to have a valve stem o-ring kit installed. Also took an hour for the courtesy van to get me to work in Macungie; as two other people joined the carpool after me and were taken to their work first. Courtesy van service has been excellent in the past, but I cannot risk being late to work again, so I'll have to find another service solution. We can discuss an extra trade-in allowance when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.
