Krause Toyota is the very BEST dealership there is, hands down. We have purchased our last two new Camrys from Krause, and they have always given us a "fair shake". Having done our "homework" beforehand, we have found that Krause just can't be beat. Servicing is a breeze. They usually take our car in within 5 minutes, and waiting in their beautiful waiting room is pleasant, with complementary coffee, tea, etc. I think the biggest plus is that they are HONEST. Something you don't find many places anymore. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Just had a set of four Michelin tires put on my Tacoma. These had been recommended by Mike, the Assistant Service Manager. Admittedly, this is a rather standard and straightforward job, but as always, it was carried out seamlessly and perfectly right from the start. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, the respect, and the personal attention I was shown. This has always been my experience when dealing with Krause Toyota Service Department. I would never go anywhere else!

We took our 2016 Camry to Krause for a "check up" and State Inspection. We also had a persistent maintenance light keep coming on. The Service Dept. at Krause scheduled us in a timely fashion. I had feared it would turn into a large project. They quickly resolved the issues, offered us a coupon discount and were very helpful and friendly. I could not be more pleased.

Cliff was very knowledgeable about the car and helpful in showing us it’s features. It was a used car, Krause Toyota did a thorough job of inspecting the car, and did over a thousand four hundred dollars worth of repairs to it, after we said we would take it and put a down payment on it.

Worked with Jim at Krause to purchase a 2024 Grand Highlander. He was very clear to explain timeline for production and discussing costs, etc. Once it was in production, they called to let me know color (got my 2nd choice, which is beautiful) and all the features I had ordered. Jim did a great job setting expectations. Picked my vehicle up this week and I love it. All employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend Krause as they did an outstanding job.

I came in looking for a car. Blake showed me models available, was able to answer most of my questions, and offered a decent deal. Tara walked me through the financial aspect of the transaction. And I left the dealership with a new car within two hours. I've been back once so far for a regular maintenance. And this experience was positive. I recommend this dealership and the professionals working there.

I had worked with a few dealers before seeing the Sienna I wanted from this location. After a quick phone call and test drive I bought the car and had it home within hours. Ryan was great to work with, no pressure and incredibly friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence, as well as help me adjust to the new car settings before I hit the road.

Went to Krause to get an extension on my factory warranty. Did what they asked and was told a payable fee was required to inspect the vehicle. I gladly paid the fee. The finance person came back and told me they would not warranty the car further even though The Highlander only had 12.8k miles on it . Wasted my time and gave me no indication of a problem before I brought the car in. This was my 6th Toyota, 1 Corolla, 4 Sienna’s, and this almost new Highlander limited . The rep was nice and respectful, but I will not be doing business with this dealer again.

We have been purchasing Camry's from Krause Toyota for many years, the last one from Joe in 2014. Yesterday we went back for a new 2025 LE, and surprise Joe is still there, now the General Manager. And Tara is also still there as the finance manager. Also the service dept, under Sandy is outstanding. .After meeting with the same salesman that sold me my Sienna I will no longer deal with Krause Toyota. His attitude was negative , his offer for m Sienna was 2900.00 lower than any other auto I looked at. His price on the van I was looking at stayed the same. Way above blue book value. TL;DR I interacted with many dealerships searching for a very particular car and Krause provided an exceptional experience during every phase of the buying process. Going into further detail, I began shopping for a GR Corolla at the beginning of February, and I was unwilling to settle for any other than a Blue Flame Circuit Edition. I was also insistent on getting it at MSRP. Recognizing this for the Herculean task it was, I began contacting dealerships that had it with cautious optimism while bracing myself to expect some tough negotiating ahead. Every dealership that actually had the car allocated or in stock at the time was quite shameless about marking it up significantly, claiming it's just how the market is and how impossible it would be for me to get it otherwise. There were a few, such a Koch 33 Toyota in Easton, that fulfilled my worst nightmares of what a car buying experience could be, making me feel belittled and audacious for thinking I had a chance of obtaining the vehicle for a reasonable price. When it became clear that I would have no luck with the current lot of allocations, I decided to hold out to see what might come of the next phase of allocations, so I started getting in touch with many dealerships within a 300 mile radius to see what might be able to be done. Krause Toyota was one of those dealerships, and though they didn't have the car allocated to them at the time, they assured me that I was on their list and would be in touch as soon as anything changed. I immediately got a good feeling about the place thanks to Chad, my sales person, and it quickly rose to the top of my list of preferred dealerships to work with. It also helped that they are local to me and are a smaller operation than some, which I like. Months passed and after having similar experiences with most dealerships, I had nearly given up hope of obtaining the GR Corolla I had become set on, to the point where I nearly caved on a marked up car at Koch 33. It was at this time that I received an email from Chad at Krause where he let me know of an allocation and would sell the car to me at MSRP. This was the easiest decision I made during the whole process, and Chad continued to stay in touch with me and was able to go into great detail on the progress of the car while it was in transit. He also acquiesced to my extra requests, like making sure a front license plate frame was not mounted on it, and answered all of my questions along the way. They didn't even put a dealership decal on it, which was appreciated! Pickup day went as smooth as could be as well. I knew exactly what to expect thanks to Chad, and Jason in finance was also very nice to work with and transparent about all of the options. I never felt like he was trying to sell extra packages to me for the sake of making an extra buck, and I felt well-informed thanks to some of his honest recommendations. This has been a long review, but I wanted to have the chance to go into detail about a long process that ended well. As I said, Krause was excellent to work with and they've earned my loyalty. I can't recommend them enough!

Krause wouldn’t honor my ToyotaCare plan purchased at another Toyota dealership in Langhorne, 60 miles away. Told me to take my car back where I got from for an Oil Change, Inspection and 65k service which is basically a tire rotation. After telling me this over the phone, cancelled my appointment that I made on-line. Very rude and condescending on the phone. I wouldn’t even buy a keychain here… go somewhere else, there’s better dealerships in the area.

I started my search for a new RAV4 at Koch 33 in Easton. They are a slimy dealership and I decided they would not make a single dollar off of me. I looked around online and found the car I wanted at Krause. I set up an appointment to go meet with Fred and drive the car. Fred was awesome, there was no high pressure selling and no typical slimy dealership games. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will continue making the drive out to Krause for all future car purchase, they won my loyalty in the way they treated me.

Update to my car purchase during Covid. Dealership charged me an extra $700. Till this day and going forward I will never do business with them again. Thanks kevin

Was having issues with my transmission after ignorantly getting my transmission fluid done by Valvoline I was having a hard time trusting a service place in taking care of my '12 Tacoma. The master mechanic has ran into some issues during the drainage and fill of new correctly temped fluid, but after a issue with removing the plug the service team and owner were gracious enough to fix the plug and pan that was defected during the process at no cost. Thank you guys for taking care of your customers and being the epitome of integrity. Will absolutely be making this place my home for future services.

We just bought our 2024 Sienna from Krause, and the entire experience was positive. Beyond a great vehicle and warranty/service included from Toyota, the group at Krause including our salesperson Cliff, and Tara, were friendly, welcoming ,and a pleasure to work with. Purchase process was easy to start online, and we were kept up-to-date through build and shipping. Everything was explained carefully, and the staff was not pushy at all when we arrived at the dealership for pickup and signing. We will definitely consider Krause Toyota for future car purchases!
